Let me introduce myself

My name is Amy Tidey a fully qualified unisex hairdresser with over 10 years experience working in the industry!
Working for local salons for several years I decided to spread my wings and go it alone as a freelance hairdresser bringing my expertise directly to you!

I am a trained colour specialist and hold L’Oreal’s top colour degree affording me the highest grade of colour knowledge, this put with my creative cuttings skills and expertise in wedding and special occasion hair, I can offer the complete package all in the comfort of your own home at affordable prices.
I have trained and worked with some famous hairstylist’s throughout the years in the hairdressing industry, Sheriff Mehmet trained me in traditional barbering techniques for male hairstyling and Patrick Cameron trained me in bridal and special occasion hairstyling!

Working in successful salons I have accumulated vast product knowledge with leading salon brands – Kerastase, TIGI, L’Oreal Professional, Redken and Shu Uemura. I can recommend the most suitable hair care products to you.

Depending on the occasion your big day, school prom, ball or any special event my passion for special occasion hairstyling will ensure you look and feel fabulous. My hairstyling work has been featured in high end catwalk shows, magazines and photo shoots. I also attend bridal fayres every year to promote my bridal hair services, I am on Tewin Bury Farms recommended supply list!
